What do you need to know?
I am someone who has been given the spiritual gift of administration –kubernesis and I’d like to help as many people as possible, especially struggling individuals, small businesses and nonprofits. We are living in unprecedented times and so many people are dealing with unemployment, natural disasters, political and economic uncertainty – I’ve been convicted to provide free services during the pandemic and through the recovery, so how can I help?
What does it mean to have spiritual gift of administration?
This is something I’m still figuring out and honestly don’t really know how it works. All I know is that I have the unique ability to look at complex issues, break them down into elementary components and reassemble them almost instantaneously. I can identify and address the “rate limiting step” or the pain points that would have a significant impact on the issue. This gives me the uncanny capability to solve problems great and small. I have formalized training in finance, accounting and business, so those are the areas where I will be most helpful.
What kind of problems should I ask? To help you get started, here are a few questions:
- How can I remember where I left my keys?
- How should I update my resume?
- How can I monitor my company’s cashflow?
- How can I serve the homeless community in my neighborhood?
No question is too small or insignificant. The larger existential issues are more complex and require much more time and effort. I can’t promise to solve every problem, but I can certainly try. How can I help?
