December was a quieter, more inward month—one shaped by care, community, and learning to slow down. I spent much of the month balancing work, health, and time at home, which forced me to be more intentional with my energy and attention. There were stretches of rest, reflection, and prayer, alongside steady rhythms of showing up for the people and responsibilities in front of me.
Workwise, I wrapped up the year with new momentum. I finalized a new client engagement, continued building out my YouTube content, and stayed involved with CFWLA through check-ins, planning, and our Christmas gathering. It was encouraging to see long-term efforts bearing fruit and to be reminded why this work matters—developing leaders, stewarding resources well, and building something grounded in faith and purpose.
Community remained a real gift this month. December was full of shared meals, holiday gatherings, prayer nights, and small moments of togetherness—Christmas lunches at church, dinners with friends, movie nights, and end-of-year catch-ups. These moments were grounding and life-giving, especially during a season that can otherwise feel heavy or rushed.
Christmas itself was simple and meaningful. I stayed close to home, cooked a full Christmas dinner, attended Christmas Eve service, and leaned into rest rather than busyness. As the year closed, I found myself reflecting on gratitude—thankful for faithful friendships, meaningful work, and God’s presence through a year that required endurance, flexibility, and trust.
