November was a full month—marked by unexpected challenges, sweet moments of community, a bit of travel, and small everyday joys that helped me stay grounded. I’m grateful for the rhythms of church, teaching, creativity, and friendships that carried me through.
Socially, Thanksgiving was time spent with family. I drove up to Fresno and it was nice connecting with my sister and playing games with my niece. Every family trip comes with its mix of frustrations and good times — I’m processing those tensions and praying for more gentleness and understanding. Thanksgiving is a wonderful time to reflect on the incredible blessings I’ve had this year. There is always a desire for more, but I know that there is always plenty.
Career-wise, I’m navigating and discovering all the steps needed in establishing a 501c3 nonprofit. Between all the paperwork and logistics, I continually reminded about the vision and purpose of the organization.
